16.3 Broken Seal Policy

Products shall not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund where the manufacturer seal, tamper-evident seal, shrink-wrap, activation label, security sticker, or protective packaging has been broken, removed, tampered with, damaged, or altered in any way.

16.4 Non-Returnable Products

  • Products damaged through misuse or negligence.

16.5 Defective or Incorrect Products

Where a defective or incorrect product is delivered, the customer must notify CRAG within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt.

Following inspection and verification, CRAG may:

  • Replace the product;
  • Repair the product;
  • Exchange the product; or
  • Issue a refund where appropriate.

16.6 Return Inspection

All returned products shall be inspected before any refund, replacement, or exchange is approved.

CRAG reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.

17. Careers and Recruitment

Submission of job applications through the Website does not create an employment relationship between CRAG and the applicant.

CRAG reserves the right to review, shortlist, accept, or reject applications at its discretion.
